How It Works
Our road begins with matching you with the right clinical coach. During weekly meetings we will build the therapeutic bond required to work through current and prior problems while exploring areas of personal interest. Our sessions consist of talk therapy, process groups, and practicing CBT skills. Our coaches can help keep clients accountable to daily and weekly goals while on the road to recovery. We also believe it is crucial to maintain connectedness with our community. Whether that is going for walks, hiking, attending church, playing music, sports, or volunteering - our coaches will help you reconnect with yourself and the community.
Who We Help
Common challenges we assist with include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, suicidal thoughts, self harming, poor self esteem/self image, low motivation, substance abuse, failure to launch, maladaptive coping, medication compliance, difficulties in school, behavioral problems, family system disruption, autism spectrum, developmental disabilities, and activities of daily living.
Results are best achieved while concurrently being seen by an outpatient mental health provider. Call or email us today to see how we can help!
Family Support
Family meetings occur once every two weeks. This allows an opportunity to review progress, renew expectations, and recommit to healthy communication, boundaries within the family unit, and set realistic goals.
Coaches can help facilitate change by identifying problem areas and enforcing boundaries at home.
